Accord IT Ltd is an AI consultancy and training business based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. We help UK SMEs in regulated sectors, including legal, recruitment, accountancy, care and property, adopt AI safely, govern it properly, and use it to genuinely grow their business.

Unlike many AI consultancies that emerged overnight, we come from a decade of hands-on IT delivery. We've managed 11,000-database migrations, 5,000-application consolidations, and enterprise cybersecurity programmes for some of the UK's most demanding clients.

Raza Khan, Partner at Accord IT Ltd

Raza Khan

Partner

Raza leads Accord's AI governance and implementation practice. His background includes building an AI strategy and guardrails framework approved at C-suite level, and serving as AI Champion at a national scientific institution and within a major transformation programme. He has built Microsoft Copilot agents, AI-enabled workflows and sandbox testing environments, and holds Anthropic's AI Fluency certification. Prior roles include Interim Head of IT at Barnardo's, managing a 7,800-endpoint estate, and Senior Product Manager at the University of Cambridge. He holds a BSc in Computer Science.

A decade of IT delivery built the foundation. The AI pivot was a natural evolution, not a reinvention.

2015

Accord Founded

Launched as an IT consultancy and managed services business, serving UK enterprise and public sector clients. Early projects included infrastructure assessments, network security, and end-user computing programmes across multiple industries.

2017

Major Enterprise Engagements

Delivered landmark projects for Transport for London (11,000 database consolidation), Vodafone (5,000 application migration), and Bombardier Transportation (€80K cost saving through transportable solution architecture).

2019

Cybersecurity & Cloud Practice

Expanded into cybersecurity consulting, cloud migration, and digital transformation. Delivered programmes for the Ministry of Justice, DVSA, Cambridge University, and multiple London Borough Councils.

2022

AI Automation Practice Launched

Recognised the shift in enterprise technology and launched a dedicated AI automation practice, covering workflow automation, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and robotic process automation for enterprise clients.

2025

Accord IT Ltd — AI for UK SMEs

Launched Accord IT Ltd as a dedicated AI consultancy and training business for UK SMEs. Bringing ten years of enterprise delivery experience to businesses in legal, recruitment, accountancy, care and property, sectors where AI risk is highest and guidance is scarcest.
